In a week-long hustle, I transformed a 100 iPhone 8 into a brand-new iPhone 15, and here's how I did it

The goal was clear: turn a modest $100 investment into $2,200 (about $1,400 USD) to afford the latest iPhone 15 Pro Max. The strategy? Phone reselling.
#### Step 1: Listing the iPhone 8
The journey began with listing the iPhone 8 on Facebook Marketplace. By pricing it attractively, I ensured a quick sale. Within a day, I had a buyer and pocketed $100. With the initial capital secured, it was time to find the first phone to flip.
#### Step 2: The First Flip
Scouring Facebook Marketplace, I found an iPhone 11, 64GB, listed for $100. Skeptical but hopeful, I met the seller at a safe location. After a thorough check, the deal was done. This phone, in excellent condition, was a steal. I listed it for $320 to ensure a quick sale, aiming for rapid turnover to build momentum.
#### Step 3: Building Capital
The iPhone 11 sold the next day, bringing my total to $320. Now, with a bigger budget, I could afford multiple phones. After some diligent searching and negotiating, I landed an iPhone 12 Pro Max with a dodgy charging port for $320. A quick cleaning fixed the issue, and I listed it for $700. It sold the following day, netting a $380 profit.
#### Step 4: Scaling Up
With $700 in hand, I focused on buying multiple phones to maximize profit. I picked up an iPhone 11 for ipad portable charger $250, an iPhone XR with a cracked screen for $75, and an iPhone 13 with a broken camera for $200. After getting the XR screen fixed for $55 and the iPhone 13 camera replaced for $120, I listed all three phones.
#### Step 5: Continuous Flipping
The iPhone XR sold for $250, yielding a $120 profit. I reinvested this by purchasing an iPhone 11 Pro for $250, which I sold for $400. The iPhone 11 and iPhone 13 followed, selling for $380 and $570, respectively. With these sales, my total climbed to $1,350.
#### Step 6: Final Stretch
Continuing the momentum, I found an iPhone 11 for $150, which sold for $350. Then, I picked up an iPhone 11 Pro Max for $170, an iPhone 12 with a cracked back for $150, and ipad portable charger another iPhone 11 with a cracked back for $110. After getting the backs repaired, I listed the iPhone 12 for $450 and the iPhone 11 for $380.
#### Step 7: The Big Payoff
Selling the remaining phones brought my total to $2,220, enough to buy the coveted iPhone 15 Pro Max. With cash in hand, I headed to the store and purchased the iPhone 15.
#### Conclusion
This week-long adventure in phone reselling demonstrated the power of strategic buying and selling. Each step required careful negotiation, quick turnarounds, and a keen eye for value. The process, though challenging, was rewarding, culminating in the purchase of a brand-new iPhone 15 Pro Max without spending a dime of my own money.
This journey not only highlighted the potential of phone flipping but also underscored the importance of persistence, market knowledge, and a bit of luck. For those interested in exploring phone reselling, its a venture that can yield significant rewards with the right approach.
And there you have ita $100 iPhone 8 flipped into an iPhone 15 Pro Max in just one week.
